Toll Brothers Apartment Living (TBAL), a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an organized Senior Marketing Technology Specialist in Washington, D.C. This position will directly manage our email campaigns and advance our marketing technology strategy.


In this critical role, the Senior Marketing Technology Specialist, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager, will manage email marketing and support marketing technology initiatives for a growing portfolio of luxury apartments throughout the country. Additionally, this person will support resident rewards and other digital marketing programs for stabilized and lease-up communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing
    • Develop and execute all email marketing campaigns, including automated campaigns
    • Create and advance campaign testing roadmap
  • Marketing Technology
    • Support marketing components of property management software for a portfolio of properties
    • Maintain TBAL digital marketing and website standards through auditing, maintenance, and optimization
    • Provide property team training on digital marketing and technology standards and best practices
  • Resident Rewards
    • Support the development and rollout of the resident rewards program
    • Lead the advancement and optimization of the program
    • Analyze and test for improved program participation and effectiveness
  • Analytics
    • Provide insights and recommendations for website enhancements
    • Support digital team reporting initiatives and deliverables
    • Develop and maintain reporting related to areas of responsibility
  • Emerging Technologies/New Initiatives
    • Identify, vet, recommend, develop, and rollout new digital initiatives

Our ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and possess strong organizational, project management and interpersonal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail. The candidate will be a self-starter; able to work independently and as a part of a team.


We seek a positive and energetic multi-tasker with a minimum of four years of experience in digital marketing, a four-year degree in marketing, information technology or a related field, and solid verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should be proficient in digital marketing campaign analysis and Google Analytics. Experience with property management software, email marketing, and resident retention platforms are preferred. HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite experience are also preferred, but not required.


Candidates must be willing to travel as needed from their home-base to our corporate office in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
