    Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Claims Risk Analyst for our Corporate office in Horsham, Pennsylvania.



    • Submit and monitor third party General Liability, Automobile Liability and Property claims to/with our insurance broker/carriers.
    • Assist our outside claims adjuster with the negotiation an settlement of minor claims involving damage to a homeowner's property or bodily injury to a model home visitor.
    • Act as a liaison between insurance carriers/internal and external attorneys/claimants on litigation matters to solve problems and expedite claim resolution.
    • Coordinate internal resources (i.e. Project Manager, Engineers from internal group, Accounting, etc.) to assist in the settlement of Property claims and act as a liaison between our insurance adjusters and appropriate Toll staff.
    • Using our RMIS system, provide monthly loss reports reflecting aggregate claims activity, types of losses, location of losses, dollar amount of losses, payments received from insurance company and other information as necessary.
    • Assist with the monthly loss reimbursement billings from our insurance carriers to our Captive Insurance Company.
    • Act as Toll's representative with our insurers during occasional claim audits which are done to verify the exhaustion of Toll's self-insured retentions.
    • Quarterly reporting and updating of spreadsheets in conjunction with larger construction defect claims.
    • Calculation of quarterly warranty spend by Toll's various divisions.
    • Run periodic reports for our actuaries from RMIS system to assist in completion of parent company and captive insurance company financial reports.
    • Assist in developing underwriting submissions including gathering and assembling loss and exposure information from different segments of the company.
    • Participate, as appropriate, in marketing meetings with brokers and carriers on risk management issues.

    The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry and preferably have a college degree with a major or minor in Risk Management and Insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Risk Manage Information Systems (RMIS). Must have the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of Toll's organization as well as Toll's clients (homeowners) on a variety of delicate claim related matters.  Strong organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
