    Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Senior Land Development Manager to develop, implement and monitor site improvements for our communities in Charlotte, North Carolina.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Project personnel management
    • Solicit potential employees
    • Prepare feasibility studies
    • Ensure quality bidding/contracts/budgets
    • Cash flow generation and maintenance
    • Engineering management to include bidding and awarding engineering contracts to Toll Brothers' standards
    • Management of soft costs
    • Easement/plat management
    • Ensure efficient and seamless operations between LDM & PM areas of responsibility
    • Support division and department goals and objectives
    • Timesheets and other administrative matters
    • Overall material management and effective field operations
    • Effective onsite personnel time management
    • Maintain exception reports
    • Marketing coordination
    • LD reviewer and ensure reviews are accurate and appropriate for areas assigned
    • Sureties management and generation

    • A four-year degree in Land/Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
    • Five to six years of experience in a senior engineering or senior land development role
    • Residential land development experience in the Charlotte market
    • Experience managing complex project entitlement, preferably in the Charlotte market
    • Knowledge of all construction/engineering facets of approvals and municipal regulations
    • PE with design and approval experience is preferred
    • Experience with all phases of site infrastructure and amenity development
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Experience presenting at public meetings
    • Previous employment within county governments or park and planning is a strong plus
