    Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Executive Support Specialist for our division office in Ashburn, Virginia.

     

    We are seeking someone to work directly with our National Vice President of Sales. The Executive Support Specialist is responsible for working closely with senior leaders on multiple, day-to-day aspects of the business spanning across strategic planning, leadership team coordination and follow-up, and managing cross-functional initiatives.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting with scheduling tasks, including booking travel arrangements and completing expense reports
    • Attending meetings and taking thorough notes
    • Preparing presentations and keeping spreadsheets up to date
    • Completing other administrative tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A proven track record of managing sensitive and highly confidential information, and providing substantive support to drive outputs from Sr. Leader, e.g. correspondence and content that reflects and reinforces the strategic direction in the "voice" of the leader.
    • The ability to rapidly absorb and synthesize written and oral information to form an accurate understanding of context and issues across a range of strategic, operational and organizational issues.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to use the latest project management tools to help the team get work done.
    • Able to take high-level direction and think through both the substance and supporting processes required to operationalize ideas.
    • A demonstrated ability to facilitate and collaborate with leaders across the enterprise to prepare, edit, and finalize presentations.
    • A proven track record of building and nurturing a "trusted advisor" relationships with senior executives.
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a daily basis.
    • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role working closely with Executives.
