    Toll Brothers Apartment Living is growing and is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Parc Riverworks located in the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. is a stabalized 287-unit luxury residential property with an additional 350 unit tower currently being built which will equate to a 637 unit property when it opens for lease up in late 2019. 

    In this role, you will oversee the marketing program, leasing operations, financial analyses, budgeting, accounting, maintenance operations, and staffing for this new construction, luxury apartment community. 




    We seek an outstanding candidate with a minimum of three years of apartment management experience, including recent experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Director. A four-year college degree and intermediate Excel skills are required.
