    TBI Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks an Mortgage Business Development Assistant to act as a liaison between the Mortgage and Home Building businesses with the goal of providing our outstanding mortgage solutions to every Toll Brothers customer. 


    Based in our Pleasanton, California office, the successful candidate will assist our Business Development Manager in managing relationships within assigned division to maximize capture rate, customer service, and profitability. Prepare tracking and reporting tools to communicate pipeline status and other pertinent information to TBI sales and operations staff.

    The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented team player with strong math aptitude, excellent verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to navigate in a Microsoft Windows environment. 1 to 5 years of mortgage experience is required, ideally as a Loan Officer or Junior Loan Officer. Additionally, candidates should have experience with FHA, VA, and conventional loans.  Experience working for a builder-affiliated company is a plus!
