Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Marketing Account Manager to join our team in the Southern California division based in Houston, Texas.
In this role, you will utilize your marketing experience to work closely with our Operations team to fully understand communities, target audiences, and the local competitive environment to propose marketing strategies that will enhance the brand and business objectives for each community in the Houston division.
This role requires excellent relationship management skills, outstanding presentation skills, and an ability to think both strategically and creatively. The Account Manager must be able to bring business insight to program strategies/solutions, leverage technology to enable efficiencies and manage project operations. This position will need to work collaboratively with Project Implementation Managers as well as help mentor junior team members.
This is a critical role as a strategic partner to our operations clients covering a defined geographical territory. A successful candidate will need to understand the business objectives to define targeted marketing solutions to deliver meaningful results. You will need to demonstrate innovative, analytical thinking and be able to work effectively with our marketing centers of excellence partners.
