About the role:
The Customer Experience Business Analyst is a member of a centralized Customer Experience Team that aims to help Toll Brothers deliver consistent, luxury experiences to its customers. The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative information related to customers and customer facing processes.
