This entrepreneurial leader will deliver a supreme level of service to the internal Operations team, all while focusing on collaboration with our Marketing and Architecture teams during the startup of a new community.

You must be at ease with managing communication and projects between various stakeholders to ensure that all creative work such as renderings, VR models, as well as other creative work is produced on time for our operational and marketing teams. Our goal is to find an individual who sees themselves as the best of the best and will not settle for anything other than delivering an exceptional customer service to our internal teams.

    • A minimum of 5 years managing a project oriented customer service group
    • Have the ability to not only manage projects and people, but be able to streamline and improve processes
    • Review and prioritize projects as well as plan and manage workloads to meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of all Microsoft products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
