    Toll Golf, the Golf & Country Club Division of Toll Brothers, seeks a Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team based in one of the following locations:

    • Raleigh, North Carolina
    • Wake Forest, North Carolina
    • Jupiter, Florida

    In this role, the Marketing and Communications Intern will act as the "Face of the Club" for current and prospective members. The intern will also assist the Lifestyle Director and General Manager with marketing and communication efforts within the Club including website design and maintenance, weekly member emails, social media outreach, and event promotion to create positive visibility for the Club and increase member satisfaction and profitability.


    Other responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Intern may include:

    • Developing and implementing all Club communications and marketing materials including Club newsletter, website, weekly e-mail blasts, social media initiatives, fliers, and EnPlug
    • Directing all communications efforts with club members and potential members
    • Utilize online reservations to increase website traffic
    • Creating promotional materials to market events and services within the club and community
    • Utilizing cross-marketing - the conversion of website and email traffic to member awareness through the placement of teaser paragraphs and calls to action
    • Directing the development of strategic marketing plans and initiatives to maximize club service and profitability
    • Working closely with various Department Heads to assist in the promotion of select events and ensure photos are taken at Member events
    • Identifying public relations and promotional opportunities that create positive visibility for the club
    • Control Club branding and how it is used for communication
    • Serve as the main administrator for Club website and update with events, reservations, and graphics

    We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related field and are interesting in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. The ideal candidate has outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills as well as creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Strong technical literacy (including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite) and social media knowledge is a plus!
