    We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company with 17 offices in 14 states that conducts site improvement stake outs, boundary surveys, topographic surveys and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.

     

    The Land Surveyor will direct all field and office activities, including scheduling, plan preparation, construction stakeout, support of conveyance and legal departments including property descriptions, as-built surveys, topographical surveys, and field surveying.

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with residential subdivision layout and plot plans
    • Experience working as a field surveyor
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Leica instruments, and Carlson software
