About the role:
This role, which reports to our HR Vice President of Talent Management, will partner with one or more of our businesses or functions to enable the support of business objectives through our people. As an HR business partner, you will be "the face of HR" to your internal clients, as well as a strong partner with the various HR centers of expertise.

The HR Business Partner role is new to Toll Brothers. As such, we are seeking someone who is committed not only to providing strong HR Business Partner support to their internal clients but also to providing a strong model of the HR Business Partner role to the company and to helping develop colleagues who are transitioning into an HR Business Partner role.

The ideal HR Business Partner will be comfortable providing counsel to their clients in areas such as succession planning, employee development, leadership development, total rewards, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee relations, and HR analytics. Although you are not likely to be an expert in each of these areas, you should possess a baseline understanding and know when it is appropriate to engage one of our HR centers of expertise to best assist your clients.

This role requires an undergraduate degree (a master’s degree is preferred) and three or more years of relevant experience. Experience as a consultant (in addition to experience as an HR business partner) is ideal.
