    Snowmass Club, a Toll Brothers luxury resort style community located in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado, seeks an experienced General Manager to direct department heads and provide strong leadership in overseeing daily service operations of a $1.7 million food and beverage operation, robust fitness department, tennis, and 18 hole Jim Engh Signature Golf Course.

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the club, including club activities and manage relations between two Home Owner Associations, Club, and the Members, guests, employees, community, government, and industry. Specifically, you will:

    • Coordinate and administer the club's policies
    • Manage and direct the work of all department managers
    • Implement and monitor the budget and the quality of the club's products and services
    • Ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years experience as a Country Club General Manager with private club or resort experience
    • Strong leadership skills for this highly visible out-front management style position
    • Experience with the following aspects of club management: membership, sales and marketing, food and beverage, golf operations, financial, and HOA/POA/community relations and involvement
    • Strong Fitness background preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong revenue generation and member-connection skills
