    Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Construction Quality Manager with residential homebuilding experience to assess compliance and support the implementation of construction standards on our communities throughout Northern California. This position will be based out of our Pleasanton, California division office.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Using Toll Technical Standards, perform technical inspections during the construction process on foundations, framing, roofing, mechanical, stucco, and interior finishes
    • Review construction assembles and methods to provide technical feedback to construction, purchasing, and architectural services
    • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to provide technical training to company and contractor personnel

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a construction management position
    • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction assemblies
    • Good working knowledge of the model building codes
    • Capability of working in an increasingly electronic and digital environment
    • Frequent local travel
