    Toll Brothers, America’s Leading Luxury Home Builder, has rapidly built an exceptional high-rise and high-density apartment and condominium business and is now looking to build a national hotel development platform which will expand across the country. We are seeking a luxury Mixed Use & Retail Development Manager to identify, assess, negotiate and execute mixed use development opportunities nationally. This person will establish our national mixed use development business. They will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing retail development in an established pipeline of projects and in new mixed use projects. Use your expertise in mixed use development to help fuel our growth!

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work independently and with our team to negotiate land acquisitions
    • Perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements
    • Lead our development managers in due diligence, design, and construction of the projects

    In addition, the Managing Director will be deal-oriented and understand the dynamics of the mixed use and retail development in multiple markets. The successful candidate will have a solid background in land planning, zoning, law, and/or real estate, as well as a demonstrated understanding of strategies to take advantage of current trends and adjust acquisition efforts accordingly.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business. A Master's degree is a plus
    • A minimum of five years of experience in mixed use and/or retail land acquisitions and development
    • Must have development experience in mixed use or retail projects and proven success navigating the unique dynamics of the entitlements process
    • Experience in Land Acquisitions, Planning and Development
    • Network of contacts and relationships within the retail landscape
    • Experience in managing retail projects and tenants
    • Track record of successful mix selection and lease-up of retail and mixed-use tenants
    • Highly organized with exceptional analytical sills and understanding of complex financial analysis
