Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Human Resources Analytics Manager for our Corporate Office.

 

The HR Analytics Manager is responsible for analyzing, understanding and effectively communicating the results of human capital analysis to HR and business leaders. Use analytics to improve organization effectiveness and efficiency by identifying appropriate questions and corresponding data points/measurements and applying standards to data evaluation and analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and support dashboards to communicate and track human resource metrics for workforce planning and other corporate level goals
  • Responsible for undertaking human capital analytics to identify important trends; consult on solutions to improve organizational performance, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Using a fact-based approach to problem solving, partner with HR and business leaders to identify research questions, determine key metrics, and interpret results
  • Communicate results to HR and business leaders in an effective, compelling, and relevant manner
  • Collaborate in a team environment to support survey research and analysis
  • Develop and adhere to data modeling standards and best practices
  • Ongoing development of the business acumen, discipline, and skills of a data analytics professional. Keep abreast of industry, legal, and competitive trends and understand their impact against company objectives
  • Share best practices and set standards for improving processes. Benchmark best practices and challenge current models and set standards for improvement
  • Represent HR Analytics on a regular basis with other departments and business leaders
  • Assist in evaluation and implementation of new HRIS solution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Social Sciences or another related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in human capital data and analytics.

  • Advanced math skills as well as strong analytic expertise and in-depth knowledge of the organizational context to connect analytics findings to larger process improvements
  • Proficient in analyzing qualitative data
  • Ability to translate HR metrics and scorecards into strategic impact
  • Creative and strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Can work independently, as well as with a team
  • Builds relationships and works well across functions
  • Demonstrates the capacity to manage ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make effective technical and character judgments and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent computer operations skills; advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with software tools related to human resources, preferably Peoplesoft
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such a QlikSense strongly preferred
