TBI Smart Home Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers, seeks a Technical Support Agent to test all components, diagnose, troubleshoot and support the set up and retention of Subscriber accounts. This position is based in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
Candidates can expect a busy environment with responsibilities relating to various aspects of servicing alarm accounts that include but are not limited to:
Provide technical support and assistance to 5,000 plus Subscribers
We seek self-motivated candidates with at least 1-3 years of experience with an Alarm Installation or Service company, knowledge of DSC, Ademco/Honeywell alarm panels along with Alarm.com and Total Connect services. Professional phone skills, excellent communication and listening skills, experience in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, excellent time management and planning skills, literacy in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate internal systems and external websites with respect to accounts. Work is performed in an office environment with no field work. Candidate must have the ability to sit for long periods and communicate with Subscribers via telephone or internet.
