Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Administrative Assistant to assist the maintenance department for the Toll Integrated Systems facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.


Responsibilities include:


  • Issue work orders for preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and follow up with maintenance supervision and/or staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Follow up with maintenance supervision and/or staff to ensure that completed machine and facility repairs have been logged/noted.
  • Issue work orders for actions reported by the Safety Committee.
  • Process purchase orders for all maintenance and engineering purchases such as tools, equipment, consumable supplies, PPE.
  • Compare prices with multiple vendors or contractors prior to finalizing purchases.
  • Check/update inventory levels of spare parts in multiple locations in the factory.
  • Assist Supervision with tracking OSHA safety trainings for Maintenance employees such as Lock-out/Tag-out and Arc Flash training.
  • Assist Supervision with scheduling on-site or off-site mechanical and electrical trainings for employees based on each individual need to align with company requirements.
  • Assist Supervision with scheduling daily/weekly meetings with maintenance employees to gather information on common recurring issues with machinery or facility.
  • Assist Supervision with tracking and scheduling recurring tasks with outside contractors, such as NFPA and Fire Sprinkler inspections, boiler certifications, air compressor inspections, truss laser inspections, OSHA crane inspections, aerial lift inspections.
  • Assist Supervision with scheduling new facility work with outside contractors.
  • Assist with organization, labeling of parts and disposition of unused equipment/materials.
  • Work with the Accounting department to coordinate contractor/vendor insurance certificate renewals.
  • Maintain/update TIS asset register.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience with administrative responsibilities and purchasing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and spreadsheets
  • Associates Degree or experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus
