Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic New Home Sales Trainer to train, lead, coordinate, and implement training for our growing Talent Development team! This position will be based in our Northern California division office located in Pleasanton, California.

In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led training sessions for our associates. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Trainer who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment!

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated sites to conduct training for our associates (80%)
  • Develop training sessions on Sales related topics and soft skills (i.e. policies, procedures, and selling techniques)
  • Deliver multi-day training through instructor-led classes and various eLearning approaches across the country
  • Collaborate in the design, development, revisions, evaluation, and implementation of training content and materials
  • Assist Subject Matter Experts with the development of training materials and presentations
  • Create and maintain training schedules, notifications, and related reports
  • Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to post sessions, manage rosters, and track attendance
  • Learn Toll Brothers' business practices and effectively use designated proprietary applications
  • Interact with Sales and Project Management teams for individual coaching and problem solving

Qualifications

  • A college degree and two years of training experience required
  • Experience in the home building industry is preferred
  • Up to 80% travel is required
  • Experience with eLearning techniques, strategies, and development
  • Superior written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, and administrative skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn company proprietary software applications to make an immediate positive impact
  • Ability to work with management to establish training goals and objectives through needs assessment
  • Ability to multi-task and to work well in a team environment, as well as independently to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in all components of MS Office Professional 2016
