About the role:
Employee Communications is an exciting, new focus for Toll Brothers. As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for building out our internal communications strategy, as well as executing on that strategy, with a primary focus on CEO and company-wide communications. Immediate needs include supporting company-wide Town Halls and CEO messages and developing compelling communications that help Toll Brothers strengthen our corporate culture and enhance the luxury experience for our homeowners and prospects, so that every interaction at every Toll Brothers community across the country delivers on our brand promise.
This role requires 5-7 years of internal communications and employee engagement experience.
