Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a Creative Director in the Corporate office in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role will lead the creative strategy process through innovative concepts and execution with a focus on solving business needs.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Provides overall creative direction and feedback for an in-house team of writers, art directors, designers, and publishers to create strategic, cutting-edge, targeted communications across all channels
Champion brand positioning at every point of contact, upholding integrity of creative standards.
Supports Marketing and business team leadership in the evaluation, development, and refinement of strategic communications at the individual project, program, and selling-system levels.
Extends the copy/content and design platform through all business units, integrating messaging throughout multiple forms of media.
Teams with communications colleagues in focusing and translating business partner needs into smart, measurable creative strategies.
Contributes strategic ideas and innovative thinking to enable business objectives.
Enables development of fresh, compelling creative concepts that add to the Toll Brothers luxury customer experience and builds brand.
Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
Ensures creative approach and is benefit driven and portrays Toll Brothers an customer segment "voice" across print and digital channels.
Teams with operations and functional team managers to refine workflow processes to meet high-volume, high-quality program demands
Actively contributes higher-level ideas and messaging that positions and differentiates Toll Brothers.
Responsible for the contracting of specialized expertise and freelancers when services are required.
Keeps abreast of company changes, including insight into industry, competitive, target audience/customer segments, and marketplace changes.
Stays abreast of major cross-company and cross-discipline initiatives, marketing and publicity programs, representing and addressing channel concerns and needs as appropriate.
Builds strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues, and service providers.
Sources continuing education opportunities for creative team on regular basis.

Bachelor's degree combined with 10+ years' experience managing a creative organization within a marketing communications or agency environment.
Experience a wide array of media/channels including print, broadcast, online, outdoor, events, and point of sale displays.
Understanding of all aspects of print and interactive design, as well as copywriting.
Strong, flexible, strategic thinking with a vision that can inspire and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Must be a great storyteller and pitch person with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with persona-driven marketing communications a plus.
