Belmont Country Club, an exclusive Toll Brothers golf course community located in Ashburn (northern Virginia), seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Director to assist in overseeing daily service operations at its spectacular facility.

In this role, you will assist the Food and Beverage Director in:

  • Leading a service staff of approximately 40 employees
  • Hiring, training, and reviewing staff members
  • Maintaining beverage inventory & wine list
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development for Club events

    Qualifications:
  • Two years of F&B management experience
  • Outstanding member relations and financial management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Jonas software is preferred
